Pizza
Our pizzas are made using the traditional Neapolitan method.
The dough is raised for 24 hours and cooked at 450 degrees for 60-90 seconds.
The tomato sauce is made from San Marzano (SM) tomatoes, grown in the soil
at the base of Napoli’s active volcano, Mount Vesuvius.
All pizzas are prepared with extra virgin olive oil.
